Park house offers fully self-contained accommodation at bothwell in tasmania's derwent valley and central highlands.park house is a substantial brick house built in 1950 and accommodates six people. Park house is within flat walking distance of all craft shops, post office, hotel, service station, supermarkets, fine art gallery, museum, nurseries and bakery. All linen and towels are supplied. The main bedroom also has a clock radio. All beds have electric blankets and bed lamps. There are three bedrooms, two double and one twin share. The laundry has a twin tub washing machine. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and the toilet is separate. It has a large lounge room, large refrigerator and full size oven.the living area has a wood heater, family room and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, comfy lounge and colour television. It's situated on a flat block with off street parking. Bothwell is home to the oldest golf course in the southern hemispheres and the australasian golf museum is a must for golf enthusiasts.across the road queens park offers barbecue facilities and a playground for the children.park house is on the rivers run touring route.
